Staffing & Recruiting

Nir-Yu specializes in helping Small and Medium Enterprises unlock the potential of their business. Our typical customer is worried about not being able to make enough progress on their product(s) or project(s) with their current team; they need additional team-members to deliver work on-time and with the required quality. Tight budgets also make it necessary to lower average wage costs, making it necessary to consider hiring internationally to lower costs. We help these companies by providing a bespoke service that finds and hires remote workers from Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Brazil and other countries in LatAm based on the company’s specific job descriptions to work as an extension of their team and perform the required functions. Unlike many other companies, we don’t have a bench of contractors to be hired out, instead each team is hired specifically to meet specific requirements and to work exclusively as a remote employee.

Job description

The Role:

We are hiring an internal growth and performance specialist who can turn data, research, specialist input, and client context into reliable analysis and practical recommendations. The role exists to improve the quality and speed of strategic decision support while reducing the need for senior leaders to reconstruct reports, correct assumptions, or rewrite recommendations.

This is not the primary client-relationship role. The successful candidate will own the analytical work, evidence, experimentation records, meeting preparation, and execution support that allow the Client Success & Delivery Lead to lead clients confidently. The role also requires current hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads capability so the specialist can directly support a limited number of straightforward lead-generation accounts or provide temporary coverage when no media buyer is assigned.

Mission:

Convert performance data and business context into accurate findings, prioritized growth recommendations, controlled tests, and clear decision support for the Client Success & Delivery Lead and senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS AND REPORTING

    • Review performance across paid media, websites, e-commerce, CRM, email, SEO, marketplaces, and other available channels.

    • Identify meaningful trends, anomalies, risks, tracking concerns, and growth opportunities.

    • Connect channel metrics to revenue, conversion rate, acquisition cost, ROAS, MER, lead quality, retention, and other commercial outcomes.

    • Produce concise weekly and monthly summaries that separate confirmed findings from assumptions and unresolved questions.

  • STRATEGIC RESEARCH AND RECOMMENDATIONS

    • Research opportunities across acquisition, funnels, CRO, creative, websites, email, SEO, automation, and customer journeys.

    • Prepare evidence-based recommendations with expected impact, required resources, dependencies, risks, and a measurement plan.

    • Prioritize recommendations instead of presenting an unfiltered list of ideas.

    • Identify opportunities without presenting unapproved ideas as committed client deliverables.

  • TRACKING FUNNELS AND EXPERIMENTATION

    • Review the journey from traffic through lead capture, CRM, follow-up, appointment, purchase, or other conversion outcomes.

    • Flag tracking, attribution, CRM, automation, and data-quality gaps before conclusions are presented as fact.

    • Create controlled experiments with a hypothesis, owner, timeline, success measure, and decision rule.

    • Maintain clear testing, opportunity, risk, and learning logs.

  • PAID MEDIA SUPPORT AND ACCOUNT COVERAGE

    • Maintain current hands-on working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

    • Directly manage a limited number of straightforward lead-generation accounts when assigned.

    • Step in during temporary media-buyer gaps to monitor performance, control budget pacing, troubleshoot issues, and complete necessary optimizations.

    • Review campaign structure, targeting, search terms, creative performance, lead quality, conversion tracking, and landing-page alignment.

    • Maintain a clear change log explaining what changed, why it changed, and how the result will be evaluated.

    • Escalate material budget changes, new campaign strategies, offer changes, and additional execution requirements before implementation.

    • Work with assigned media buyers when specialist support is available rather than duplicating or overriding their ownership.

  • MEETING PREPARATION AND DECISION SUPPORT

    • Prepare draft agendas, executive summaries, presentation content, talking points, and decision questions.

    • Give the Client Success & Delivery Lead the evidence needed to explain performance and defend a recommendation.

    • Anticipate likely client questions, objections, risks, and scope implications.

    • Present a defined analytical section during selected client meetings when requested, while the meeting owner retains control.

  • INTERNAL EXECUTION SUPPORT AND QUALITY ASSURANCE

    • Convert approved recommendations into organized internal briefs, tasks, dependencies, and definitions of done.

    • Coordinate with media buyers, analysts, designers, developers, SEO, email, and automation specialists to obtain accurate inputs.

    • Verify numbers, terminology, links, claims, scope, timelines, and supporting evidence before work becomes client-facing.

    • Clearly mark work as draft, internally approved, client-ready, or requiring specialist validation.

  • AI FORWARD PRODUCTION

    • Use AI for research, analysis, reporting, meeting preparation, documentation, QA, and workflow improvement.

    • Build reusable prompts, templates, checklists, and structured analysis methods.

    • Independently verify AI-generated calculations, claims, summaries, and recommendations.

    • Treat AI as an operating tool, not as proof that an output is accurate or ready for a client.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in paid media, growth marketing, performance analysis, digital strategy, or marketing operations.

  • Ability to interpret data commercially and explain what changed, why it matters, and what should happen next.

  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, CRM and marketing automation, Shopify or comparable e-commerce platforms, and reporting tools.

  • Recent hands-on experience managing and optimizing both Google Ads and Meta Ads, particularly for lead-generation accounts.

  • Ability to enter an unfamiliar account, diagnose immediate performance or tracking issues, and implement controlled optimizations when coverage is required.

  • Understanding of CRO, funnels, landing pages, creative testing, lifecycle marketing, and customer acquisition.

  • Strong written English and the ability to present analytical findings clearly in spoken English.

  • Disciplined research, documentation, prioritization, and follow-through across several accounts.

  • Practical use of AI tools for real analytical and operational work, with reliable human verification.

  • Comfort receiving challenge, revising work accurately, and defending recommendations with evidence.
