Job description

Responsabilidades:

  • Arquitectura Backend & Descomposición: Definir la arquitectura server-side de todos los productos y liderar la migración e ingeniería incremental del monolito hacia servicios delimitados (well-bounded services).

  • Estándares & Capacidades de Plataforma: Crear y hacer cumplir estándares, librerías compartidas, plantillas de servicio y diseño de APIs/contratos (versionado y retrocompatibilidad).

  • Event-Driven Architecture: Definir la arquitectura orientada a eventos usando Azure Service Bus (garantía de entrega, reintentos, idempotencia y manejo de fallos/poison messages).

  • Colaboración de Datos: Trabajar de la mano con el Data Architect en límites transaccionales, modelos de acceso, rendimiento de consultas e integraciones con clientes/partners.

  • Ingeniería Asistida por IA (Agéntica): Liderar con el ejemplo en el uso diario de herramientas de IA agéntica en el desarrollo y elevar el nivel técnico del equipo.

  • Liderazgo Técnico: Redactar ADRs (Architecture Decision Records), realizar revisiones de código (PRs clave), dar mentoría, participar en respuesta a incidentes y planeación trimestral.

Requisitos Indispensables:

  • Experiencia: 10+ años en desarrollo/ingeniería backend, con varios años en roles formales de arquitectura o liderazgo técnico.

  • Stack Principal: Dominio profundo de C# / .NET y experiencia hands-on comprobable en Azure (Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Data Factory).

  • Bases de Datos & Data Access: Experiencia práctica con PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB y Snowflake, junto con prácticas de CI/CD y DevOps.

  • Descomposición de Monolito: Experiencia real y demostrable migrando o descomponiendo monolitos de forma incremental (pasos seguros y reversibles en lugar de reescrituras desde cero).

  • Arquitectura de Eventos & APIs: Sólido background en mensajería asíncrona, idempotencia, dead-lettering y diseño de APIs robustas.

  • USO DÍA A DÍA DE IA AGÉNTICA (Hard Requirement): Uso diario y práctico de herramientas como Claude, Claude Code o similares, además de experiencia construyendo con IA (agentes, habilidades reusables, servidores MCP, evaluaciones).

  • Perfil Hands-On: No es un rol de gestión pura ni arquitectura teórica; el candidato debe seguir programando y construyendo solución.
