Senior Full Stack Developer (GenAI) - Remote

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (GenAI) - Remote position with a Major Financial Institution located in Cleveland, OH. This is a contract opportunity.

We are seeking a senior full stack developer who is a hands-on builder with deep knowledge of GenAI and agentic AI. This individual will own the full lifecycle of enterprise-grade applications, from translating business requirements into scalable architectures, to standing up proof-of-concepts, to delivering production-ready code. They embrace AI-driven development practices and tools to build faster and cleaner. The ideal candidate must thrive in a large enterprise environment, navigating cross-functional teams, security frameworks, and platform integrations with confidence and speed.

Responsibilities:

• Partner directly with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs, system architectures, and data flow diagrams
• Rapidly prototype solutions to validate feasibility, demonstrate value, and accelerate stakeholder buy-in
• Own the end-to-end codebase including backend services, frontend interfaces, APIs, and Terraform IaC development, setup and deployment pipelines
• Design and optimize data-heavy applications that handle large-scale datasets with low latency and high reliability
• Build and maintain integrations across enterprise platforms including identity providers, internal APIs, and shared services
• Leverage GenAI-assisted coding tools and agentic frameworks to accelerate development velocity
• Architect and build multi-agent systems, designing agent roles, tool integrations, orchestration patterns, and memory strategies using frameworks like Google ADK, LangGraph, or CrewAI
• Navigate and execute enterprise production readiness processes, including working through enterprise IT and application standards

Requirements:

• 7 years of professional hands-on software development experience, with at least 5 years in a full stack capacity
• Demonstrated history of building and shipping enterprise-grade applications from scratch
• Advanced Python experience (Flask, FastAPI)
• JavaScript/TypeScript experience (React, Next.js, modern frontend frameworks)
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and utility-first CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS
• Experience with RESTful API design
• Cloud and Infrastructure experience, preferably with GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, IAM, VPC)
• Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform
• Experience with GitLab repositories, branching strategies, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (Google Agent Development Kit, LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalent)
• Experience integrating GenAI capabilities into applications via Vertex AI, OpenAI APIs, or similar platforms
• Proficient in AI-assisted development, actively using tools like Google Code Assist, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot
• Experience with enterprise operations including Active Directory, SSO/Okta integration, and ServiceNow
• Experience working within large financial institutions or similarly regulated industries is a strong plus

Pay range: $52.21 - $62.21 per hour
