This is a remote position.

Social-Media-Agentur für Community Management – also auf das Beantworten von Nachrichten und Kommentaren auf Instagram, Facebook, TikTok und Co. im Namen verschiedener Marken.

Wichtig wären mir folgende Punkte:

  • C1-Level in Deutsch

  • gute Basic- bzw. B1/B2-Englischkenntnisse

  • idealerweise Erfahrung im Social-Media-Bereich bzw. Community Management

  • und/oder Erfahrung im schriftlichen Customer Support (Livechat, E-Mail)

  • gelegentliche Verfügbarkeit für einen Videocall mit mir und ggf. meinen Kunden

  • zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Wir arbeiten hauptsächlich über ein zentrales Tool, über das sämtliche Nachrichten und Kommentare der verschiedenen Plattformen bearbeitet und beantwortet werden.
