Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
2-4 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing
Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite)
Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing tools)
