Job description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and executive support to senior leaders.

This role is ideal for someone with strong Executive Assistant experience who is confident managing competing priorities, keeping information organised, and taking ownership of administrative tasks. Industry experience is not required — we are primarily looking for someone with proven EA experience and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day executive and administrative support to senior executives.
  • Manage and organise executive inboxes and emails, ensuring messages and follow-ups are kept organised.
  • Coordinate and maintain calendars, meetings, and appointments.
  • Schedule meetings and ensure all relevant information and documentation are prepared.
  • Take, organise, and maintain meeting minutes and action items .
  • Manage and organise documents, files, and other administrative records.
  • Maintain an efficient and structured filing and document management system.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and related bookings.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and executive requests as required.
  • Provide support with LinkedIn and other marketing-related activities, including updating profiles and assisting with content preparation.
  • Help keep day-to-day executive tasks organised and ensure priorities are followed through.
  • Work independently and proactively to identify and address administrative needs.

Requirements

  • Previous Executive Assistant experience is required, preferably supporting senior executives or leadership.
  • Strong experience managing calendars, inboxes, meetings, documents, and competing priorities.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
  • Strong documentation and administrative skills.
  • Some experience with LinkedIn, social media, content creation, or marketing support is an advantage.
  • Comfortable learning and working with different systems and digital tools.
