Job Role: Sr./Lead Java Full Stack Developer
Job Type: Contract
Job Location: Remote
Pay Range: $50 to $55/Hr on C2C


Required Qualifications

• Extensive Hands-on experience in JAVA / J2EE (8+ years)
• Extensive hands-on experience in front end frameworks like ReactJS (6 + years)
• Solid experience in Cloud-based deployment platforms like Azure, Kubernetes,.
• Candidate should have experience of working with RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server) & NoSql databases (MongoDB).
• Experienced of working with NoSql databases like MongoDB
• Candidate should have hands on experience with DevOps, build and deployment pipelines.
• Candidate should hands-on API development experience like REST or GraphQL.
• Candidate should have good knowledge in Databricks and Scala.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, related field.
• Knowledge of PBM or healthcare domain applications.
• Experienced in handling modernization or migration of legacy applications.
• Experienced in handling containerized tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Experienced in version control systems such as Git and collaborative platforms like GitHub or GitLab.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adaptability to new technologies and methodologies.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the development and modernization for formulary management application.
• Design and implement scalable. Secure and high performance full-stack solutions using JAVA and ReactJS
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including business analysts, architects and product owners to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Ensure best practices in software development, including code review, unit testing, CI/CD pipelines.
• Eligible to workimize application for performance, maintainability and scalability.
• Mentor and guide junior members to foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business -critical milestones

Role Descriptions

1. Working with Enterprise Web Applications development Maintenance activities
2. Experience on Kafka for Both Producer and Consumer and having knowledge in Key Store and Trust Store Certificates
3. Design| develop and implement business logic using Java8| J2EE| Spring MVC
4. Good knowledge of working in Azure environment
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements| design solutions| and successfully implement projects in alignment with agile methodologies

Essential Skills

• Associate should be having hands-on experience with Java Microservices project with Azure in Microservices framework.
