Operations Manager

Who We Are:

An international iGaming company specializing in identifying and fostering the growth of high-potential entertainment markets. With 1000+ professionals in 20+ locations, we operate in 10 countries, serving over 300,000 customers.

We are looking for a Operations Manager with strong analytical skills and an ownership mindset. You will improve operational efficiency, work with costs and performance metrics, and collaborate across Payments, Product, Finance, Marketing, and Business Development.

This role is ideal for someone ready to move beyond day-to-day operations, take ownership of projects, and better understand how operational decisions impact business performance and P&L.

What you will do

• Manage and improve day-to-day operational processes.

• Monitor key metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements.

• Analyze operational costs and identify optimization opportunities.

• Support payment operations, including PSPs, payment methods, approval rates, settlements, and costs.

• Work with cross-functional teams on operational and business initiatives.

• Own projects end-to-end, from identifying a problem to implementing a solution.

• Build and improve internal processes, workflows, and documentation.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Project Management, or a similar role.

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills, including advanced formulas and working with complex datasets.

• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and costs.

• Basic understanding of P&L and business efficiency.

• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple teams.

• Proactive mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Would be a plus

• Experience in payments, FinTech, iGaming, or transactional businesses.

• Knowledge of PSPs and payment operations.

• Experience with international markets and analytics/reporting tools.
