Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Domain Ownership: Take full end-to-end ownership of a specific product stream (post-FTD funnel, loyalty program, quests, tournaments, or gamification mechanics).

• Full-Cycle Hypothesis Testing: Lead the entire lifecycle of ideas: spot bottlenecks in data → form hypotheses → model unit economics → factor in platform limits → align with the founder → drive delivery → evaluate post-release results.

• Pragmatic Delivery: Focus on tangible business impact (driving core metrics) and find viable technical workarounds without needing to rewrite core backend architecture.

• Autonomous Release Management: Coordinate execution from concept sign-off to production release, followed by rigorous A/B test evaluation.
  

Requirements

• iGaming Expertise (Casino & Tier-1): Deep understanding of slots math (RTP, volatility), live casino, tournaments, top providers, and Tier-1 payment/KYC flows.

• Data-Driven & Analytics: Confident with core metrics (FTD, NGR, LTV, Churn) and unit economics; ability to independently build funnels, run cohort analysis, write basic SQL queries, and interpret A/B tests.

• Tech Literacy: Understanding of client-server architecture, APIs, and webhooks; ability to write crystal-clear PRDs with covered edge cases.

• Product Execution: Practical experience with backlog prioritization frameworks (RICE/ICE), scoping down to MVP, and wireframing flows in Figma or Miro.
