Oportunidad para HomeCare Scheduler en SOLVO S.A.S.

Funciones

  • Gestionar y coordinar la programación de servicios de atención domiciliaria.
  • Utilizar sistemas y software de programación específicos para el sector de cuidados en el hogar.
  • Coordinar con clientes y proveedores para asegurar la eficiencia en la programación.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas HIPAA y otros estándares de calidad.
  • Mantener un manejo efectivo del tiempo y multitarea para atender múltiples responsabilidades.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia previa en programación de servicios de atención domiciliaria.
  • Conocimiento de terminología y sistemas específicos del sector de cuidados en el hogar.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bilingüe en español y inglés.
  • Buena capacidad de gestión del tiempo y multitarea.
  • Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente.
  • Disponibilidad de trabajar de Lunes a Viernes: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Ingles fluido a nivel conversacional y escrito
