Role:

Order to Cash, Associate Consulting Manager

Location:

• Location: India - 100% Remote
• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 hour shift 1:00 - 9:00 pm IST
• Travel Expectations: 0-5%

What you'll do

• Own and lead key workstreams within Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformation programs, covering Customer Master Data, Credit, Billing/Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Collections, Cash Application, Dispute Management, Sales Adjustments, and Cash & Revenue Forecasting

• Serve as a day-to-day client lead for O2C initiatives, translating business requirements into process and technology solutions

• Contribute to practice growth by supporting pursuit efforts, solution development, and delivery excellence tied to revenue and margin targets

• Bridge O2C process design and technology enablement, confidently engaging in detailed discussions across both domains

• Identify systemic issues and improvement opportunities across the O2C value chain, recommending leading practices, KPIs, and target-state solutions

• Develop and review executive-ready deliverables, including presentations that clearly communicate insights and recommendations

• Coach and mentor Senior Analysts and Analysts, ensuring quality, consistency, and professional growth

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business-related field (e.g., business, finance, accounting, economics, computer science, data analytics, math, data science, or similar) 

• 4+ years of Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience in consulting or industry, with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end O2C activities or workstreams 

• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of delivery 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting recommendations to client stakeholders and executives 

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience leading project workplans, milestone tracking, risk management, change management, and client communications 

• Exposure to or participation in practice development efforts (e.g., solution development, thought leadership, pursuits, proposal support) 

• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted client relationships 
  Consulting experience at a large or mid-sized professional services firm

The compensation range for this position is 39-56 LPA. We are committed to ensuring our offers reflect the value each candidate brings to the role. Final salary placement will be based on upon several factors, including, level of expertise, relevant work experience, technology certifications, educational background, geography and alignment with industry standards.
