Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) technology implementations, supporting all phases of delivery including current-state assessment, future-state design, configuration/build, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare.
  • Partner with cross-functional project teams and client stakeholders to design, optimize, and implement O2C technology solutions focus on the collections aspect of the value chain.
  • Own and execute key project workstreams, including workplan development, milestone tracking, issue and risk management, and status reporting, while maintaining alignment to scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
  • Lead and actively contribute to client-facing workshops and working sessions, facilitating discussions, documenting outcomes, and driving decisions across business and technology stakeholders.

Order to Cash, Senior Consultant (Collections)

Location:

  • Location – India – 100% remote   
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 hour shift, 12:30 pm – 9:30 pm IST  
  • Travel Requirements: 0-10%  

What you'll do

  • Drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) technology implementations, supporting all phases of delivery including current-state assessment, future-state design, configuration/build, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare.
  • Partner with cross-functional project teams and client stakeholders to design, optimize, and implement O2C technology solutions focus on the collections aspect of the value chain.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, technology-enabled solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives, leading practices, and system capabilities.
  • Own and execute key project workstreams, including workplan development, milestone tracking, issue and risk management, and status reporting, while maintaining alignment to scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
  • Lead and actively contribute to client-facing workshops and working sessions, facilitating discussions, documenting outcomes, and driving decisions across business and technology stakeholders.
  • Produce high-quality, client-ready deliverables, demonstrating strong attention to detail, structured problem-solving, and consistent follow-through.
  • Complete a first level review and delegate work to junior team members, contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team environment.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and executive presence

The compensation range for this position is $28-39 LPA. We are committed to ensuring our offers reflect the value each candidate brings to the role. Final salary placement will be based upon several factors, including, level of expertise, relevant work experience, technology certifications, educational background and alignment with industry standards. This role is eligible for our bonus program.
