DCX is seeking a Home-Based Sales Analytics & Data Operations Analyst to support a U.S.-based partner by assisting with financial reporting, data management, reconciliations, and analysis.

In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial data, supporting month-end close activities, improving reporting processes, and identifying trends within financial information. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and contributing to business operations in a fast-paced remote environment.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Technical Proficiency – Demonstrates advanced Excel skills and adaptability with financial systems and tools.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Perform data entry and validation across financial systems and spreadsheets

  • Assist with general ledger (GL) entries and accounting support tasks as needed

  • Support monthly close activities, including reconciliations and reporting preparation

  • Build, maintain, and improve Excel spreadsheets and financial models

  • Conduct financial and operational data analysis to identify trends and discrepancies

  • Clean up and standardize spreadsheets, reports, and datasets for consistency and accuracy

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial deliverables

  • Prepare and organize financial reports and supporting documentation

  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and audit-ready files

  • Support process improvements and identify opportunities for operational efficiency

  • Perform additional finance and reporting-related tasks as assigned

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or related roles

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. 

  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.  

  • Technical Skills:

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF statements, and financial reporting functions

    • Experience building, maintaining, and analyzing spreadsheets and datasets

    • Familiarity with financial systems, ERP platforms, or accounting software is a plus

  • Industry Specific Software/Knowledge: 

    • Experience working with data management, spreadsheets, or reporting tools

    • Understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and general accounting principles

    • Experience supporting month-end close activities is an advantage

    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Salary Range: Php 40,000

  • Job Type: Full-time 

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA) 

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
