About the Job:

We are looking for Insurance Policy Service Senior Analysts to support US non-life insurance operations, specifically in submissions, policy administration, and underwriting support. In this role, you will review and process US commercial insurance submissions, validate policy and coverage information, manage submission documents and loss runs, follow up on pending requirements, and coordinate with clients, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process US insurance submissions and check that policy information and documents are complete and accurate.
  • Organize and file insurance documents correctly for easy access and tracking.
  • Handle loss run requests, monitor their status, and update trackers.
  • Follow up with clients or relevant teams for missing documents and pending information.
  • Check submissions against client guidelines and requirements.
  • Coordinate with US-based teams and underwriters to resolve questions or missing information.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Help improve team processes, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Insurance Operations, specifically in Submissions, Policy Administration, or Underwriting Support.
  • Experience with non-life commercial insurance submissions, including reviewing policy, risk, coverage, and submission details.
  • Hands-on knowledge of General Commercial Liability (CGL), Miscellaneous Professional Liability (MPL), Architects & Engineers (A&E), and Unsupported Excess is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of US commercial insurance processes, documentation, and underwriting support activities.
  • Strong MS Excel skills for maintaining trackers and managing submission data.
