About AirPro Diagnostics Australia
AirPro Diagnostics Australia, a division of ADAS Solutions Australia, provides remote automotive diagnostics, programming, and ADAS calibration support to repairers nationwide. Using OEM-compatible tools and expert diagnostic support, we help ensure vehicles are repaired safely, efficiently, and in line with manufacturer standards.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Remote Diagnostic Technician to complete accurate diagnostic, programming, and calibration support across a range of vehicle makes and models.

You will have strong diagnostic capability, excellent attention to detail, and confidence working with modern vehicle electronic systems, including ADAS, ABS, SRS, EPS, and body control systems.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Complete remote diagnostic, programming, and calibration-related tasks accurately.

  • Interpret repair procedures, wiring diagrams, and technical information.

  • Document work completed clearly and comprehensively.

  • Use multiple diagnostic platforms and software confidently.

  • Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

  • Share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement.

  • Communicate professionally with customers, repairers, and team members.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

  • Fully qualified automotive technician.

  • At least five years’ hands-on automotive repair experience.

  • At least two years’ experience as a diagnostic or master technician.

  • Strong diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with modern vehicle electronic systems and diagnostic equipment.

  • Current, clean full driver licence for manual and automatic vehicles.

Preferred Skills

  • OEM training and dealer-level experience highly regarded.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Computer literacy and ability to operate multiple diagnostic platforms.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical findings.

  • Experience interpreting wiring diagrams and technical data.

  • Clear, accurate technical report-writing skills
