The Opportunity

We are looking for a Technical Operations Analyst to join our Control Room team. You will support the management of ongoing escalations and investigations, help ensure clear communication with our partners and management during issue resolution, and contribute to operational flows that keep all company products running smoothly.

What you will do

• Operational Support: Monitor system operations daily to help maintain smooth processes across the platform.

• Incident Management: Assist in investigating reported issues, troubleshooting errors, and helping the team resolve incidents quickly.

• Problem Solving: Develop a deep understanding of our stack in order to perform technical investigations to identify issue root causes and support long-term fixes.

• Data Analysis: Run database queries to gather insights, validate technical issues, and spot areas for improvement.

• Process Support: Collaborate with senior team members on operational projects and test new internal tools.

• Effective Communication: Manage internal and external communication effectively, collaborating across teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and clear, transparent updates.
