Job description

Do you want to be part of a company that’s transforming healthcare?

Lyfegen helps bridge the gap to faster, smarter access with pricing, access, and rebate management solutions. Our platform is used by health insurers, governments, hospital payers, and pharmaceutical companies worldwide to simplify the complexities of drug pricing agreements, optimize rebates, and drive better value.

As a global leader in drug access and rebate management, Lyfegen is expanding its reach and impact. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for passionate professionals to join us and help shape the future of healthcare.

We’re looking for a Customer Operations Analyst to play a key role in shaping our solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for executing data analytics projects, and managing our rebate management service for our Canadian Pharma and Healthcare Payer customers. You will also work together with our Product and Tech teams as subject matter expert on Canadian drug rebate management to further advance our product and automations.

At Lyfegen, we’re tackling challenges no one has solved before. That’s why we are looking for problem solvers with a proactive mindset—people who thrive on turning complexity into opportunity.

Join us and help bridge the gap to faster and smarter access to medicines for patients!

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end operative rebate management process for our Canadian customers, ensuring accurate and timely processing while maintaining clear communication with customers, other external partners and with internal teams.
  • Become the subject matter expert for rebate management in Canada and turn that expertise into concrete improvements — driving automation and product development for the Canadian setup, not just running the service.
  • Execute and support data analysis projects, with a focus on retrospective rebate analysis for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and external stakeholders, presenting analysis findings, addressing inquiries, and ensuring clarity in rebate management processes.
  • Contribute to the internal knowledge base with solutions and best practices.
  • Support client onboarding related to data analytics and rebate management.

Who you are:

  • 4-5 years of experience in customer operations, data analysis or business analysis – preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience with drug reimbursement processes and drug pricing is highly desirable.
  • Experience identifying process inefficiencies and driving automation or tooling improvements, not just executing defined processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English (French is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

What we offer:

  • Join a company that improves access to healthcare for patients.
  • Direct influence on the growth and success of Lyfegen.
  • The possibility to work flexibly.
  • Become part of a team of international high performers.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
  • Experience an attractive and competitive compensation package aligned with the dynamic nature of a scale-up start-up.
