Selected professionals will evaluate how advanced AI systems handle legal questions, contract interpretation, and complex analytical scenarios, while creating high-quality prompts, reference answers, and critiques grounded in professional legal practice. The work requires rigorous legal judgement, strong written reasoning, and the ability to identify citation, jurisdictional, and analytical errors with precision.
Key Responsibilities
Legal Analysis & Reasoning Evaluation

Review AI-generated responses to legal questions for substantive accuracy and reasoning quality

Assess whether legal conclusions are supported by appropriate authorities and sound analysis

Identify flawed reasoning, unsupported assumptions, and material omissions

Evaluate how effectively responses distinguish between legal rules, factual interpretation, and judgement

Apply professional legal standards across complex and ambiguous scenarios
Contract Law & Corporate Legal Review

Evaluate questions involving contract interpretation, drafting, corporate law, and commercial legal issues

Assess whether contractual provisions are interpreted accurately and in context

Identify weaknesses in drafting, legal reasoning, and treatment of corporate-law concepts

Apply practical judgement to legal scenarios involving transactions and due diligence

Legal Research & Citation Verification

Prompt & Reference Answer Development

Expert Critique & Model Feedback

Ideal Profile

At least 1 year of professional experience practising as an attorney at a top-tier or highly regarded law firm

At least part of the relevant legal experience should have been gained within approximately the past 7 years

Strong legal research and legal writing skills

Practical expertise in contract law, corporate law, contract drafting, legal analysis, or due diligence

Strong ability to identify flawed reasoning, unsupported conclusions, and jurisdictional issues

Excellent judgement when assessing legal authorities and citation quality

Ability to write clearly for both legal and non-legal audiences

Undergraduate degree from a highly ranked university is preferred

Candidates based in English-speaking countries are preferred

Exceptional written English and strong plain-language communication skills
