Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter & HR Administrator to support our U.S.-based organization across talent acquisition and human resources administration. This role will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for international talent while supporting U.S.-based hiring as needed, across positions ranging from technicians and facilities roles to professional, specialized, and management-level positions in operations, marketing, finance, guest support, and legal. In addition, the role will support onboarding, employee records, performance reviews, employee engagement, scheduling, travel coordination, and other general HR processes. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment, with strong communication, judgment, and confidentiality skills.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing through screening, interviews, selection, offers, and onboarding.
  • Manage active job postings and maintain accurate and organized candidate and recruitment records throughout the hiring process.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, communication, compensation expectations, availability, and overall fit.
  • Recruit for a diverse range of positions, including technicians, facilities and property operations roles, as well as administrative, professional, and management-level positions.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain clear, timely communication with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and support them throughout the candidate assessment and selection process. Prepare candidate summaries, interview feedback, and recommendations to assist with hiring decisions.
  • Conduct and coordinate background checks, employment verification, and other required pre-employment screening processes.
  • Help improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring workflows to support a more efficient and effective hiring process.

HR Administration

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team across employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, and employee engagement.
  • Manage employee information and HR processes through Rippling, ensuring employee records and HR information remain accurate and up to date.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding of W-2 employees, international contractors, and U.S. contractors, including documentation, scheduling, training coordination, and onboarding itineraries.
  • Maintain and organize employee documentation and HR records through Google Drive, Rippling, & Asana.
  • Provide administrative support for performance review processes, including scheduling, tracking, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including engagement surveys, quarterly company-wide meetings, and other employee-focused activities.
  • Assist with auditing and improving HR processes, procedures, and documentation, as well as other People Operations projects and HR communications.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional recruitment experience, preferably supporting a U.S.-based company or international recruitment environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Rippling is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate assessments, and selection support across technical, operational, professional, and management-level roles.
  • Previous experience providing HR administrative support, including onboarding, employee documentation, background checks, and other general HR processes.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. 100% of the workday will be conducted in English.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new HR, recruitment, and productivity platforms.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a U.S.-based team.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home-office environment.
