  • Provide expert advice across employee relations, including performance management, workplace investigations, conduct matters, grievances, and conflict resolution.

  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, and resourcing strategies to meet current and future workforce needs.

  • Coach and develop leaders to strengthen people management capability, team performance, and employee engagement.

  • Support organisational change initiatives through effective consultation, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement activities that enhance people practices, processes, and service delivery.

  • Analyse workforce data and trends to provide insights that support informed decision-making, employee retention, and organisational performance.

Your skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you will bring tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline, together with substantial HR business partnering experience in a complex organisation. You will possess strong
