  • Cloud Architecture: Propose, structure, and deploy the necessary cloud infrastructure to run, schedule, and monitor the built solutions
  • Support for the Data Ecosystem: Ensure data availability and quality in the backend layer for analytics and BI teams

Job description

Objetivo del Rol:

Garantizar la continuidad, optimización y desarrollo de flujos automatizados de extracción y procesamiento de datos. El especialista será responsable de hacer reingeniería inversa a procesos de automatización existentes, mantener integraciones críticas (incluyendo scraping de fuentes financieras/macroeconómicas como el BCRP) y diseñar arquitecturas escalables en la nube para alojar nuevas soluciones de RPA y backend.

Responsabilidades:

  • Reingeniería y Mantenimiento: Analizar, documentar y optimizar automatizaciones/RPAs heredados (legacy) y flujos de extracción web vigentes.

  • Desarrollo de Automatizaciones (RPA & Scraping): Diseñar e implementar scripts y procesos automatizados en Python para extracción masiva de datos (Web Scraping) y consumo/creación de APIs.

  • Arquitectura Cloud: Proponer, estructurar y desplegar la infraestructura en la nube (AWS o GCP) necesaria para ejecutar, programar y monitorear las soluciones construidas.

  • Soporte al Ecosistema de Datos: Asegurar la disponibilidad y calidad de los datos en la capa backend para que los equipos de analítica y BI puedan consumir información confiable en sus tableros.

  • Innovación Técnica: Proponer de manera proactiva mejoras tecnológicas y nuevas herramientas que optimicen la eficiencia operativa.

Requisitos Técnicos (Must-Have):

  • Python Avanzado: Dominio en scripting, frameworks web/APIs (FastAPI, Django o Flask) y librerías de automatización/scraping (Selenium, Playwright, BeautifulSoup, Scrapy).

  • RPA basado en código: Experiencia sólida creando y manteniendo bots mediante programación (no requiere software comercial no-code/low-code).

  • Cloud Infrastructure (AWS o GCP): Capacidad para entender necesidades de negocio, proponer una arquitectura base y desplegar soluciones en la nube (ej. AWS Lambda, ECS, Cloud Functions, S3, CloudWatch/EventBridge).

  • Integraciones: Amplia experiencia en desarrollo y consumo de APIs REST/JSON.

Competencias Blandas:

  • Capacidad de Análisis e Investigación: Habilidad para descifrar código complejo o poco documentado y resolver problemas de forma autónoma.

  • Orientación a la Innovación y Adaptabilidad: Proactividad para proponer nuevas metodologías y adaptabilidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico.

Deseable (Plus):

  • Experiencia previa en la industria Fintech, servicios financieros o manejo de datos regulatorios/macroeconómicos (ej. BCRP, pasarelas de pago, conciliaciones).

  • Conocimientos básicos sobre cómo se estructuran las bases de datos SQL/NoSQL para consumo de BI.
