Senior Product Owner

The Role:

We are deploying our cloud-native CXOS SaaS platform for a major US-based Telco. We require execution-focused Technical Product Owners for a 90-120 day implementation sprint, with potential for extension or full time conversion. You will operate as the technical bridge between complex North American telco requirements and our global product and engineering teams, ensuring accurate, high quality, on-time delivery of the primary rate plan schemas and billing integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the Delivery Plan: Own the end-to-end delivery of BSS requirements across key workstreams including product and rate plans, billing at scale, taxation, and compliance.

• Deconstruct Complex Scope: Write clear, detailed epics and user stories for custom billing and catalog integrations, specifically focusing on provisioning accounts and calculating dynamic discounts (e.g., member discounts) during billing runs.

• API & Core BSS Alignment: Collaborate directly with engineering and solutions architecture to ensure rate plan APIs properly connect to surrounding systems and expose correctly in the Product Catalog.

• Stakeholder Management: Lead end-to-end demonstrations of the rate-plan schemas to executive stakeholders via the Operator Portal and API environments to validate success criteria.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6 to 10 years of relevant technical Product Owner / Manager experience, specifically within enterprise SaaS, BSS architectures, or telecommunications.

• Execution Focus: A proven track record of aligning complex business needs with strict engineering realities in compressed timelines.

• Technical Fluency: Deep familiarity with telco billing logic, rate plan configurations, API design, and system architecture. Oracle BRM experience is a plus.

• Agile Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing cross-functional stakeholders and priorities without scope creep.
