  • Workflow & Exam Coordination: Assist radiologists by tracking, prioritizing, and coordinating incoming diagnostic exams based on clinical urgency.
  • Technical & System Support: Perform basic IT and software troubleshooting to resolve minor system glitches, access issues, or workflow disruptions within radiology and healthcare platforms.
  • Operations & Monitoring: Actively monitor communication channels, incoming calls, and system alerts to ensure rapid response times.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain precise, real-time records of communications, exam updates, and operational activities while adhering to patient privacy and confidentiality requirements.
  • Protocol Adherence: Follow established SOPs and US healthcare operational protocols within a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • US Healthcare Experience – Required: Previous experience supporting US-based healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, radiology practices, or other healthcare organizations is required. Candidates should be familiar with US healthcare workflows and professional communication with clinical teams.
  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in radiology coordination, healthcare operations, medical administration, patient coordination, or a healthcare virtual assistant role is strongly preferred.
  • Medical Terminology: Strong practical knowledge of medical terminology. Familiarity with radiology terminology is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Strong aptitude for basic IT troubleshooting and the ability to quickly learn healthcare and radiology software systems.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English, with the ability to communicate urgent clinical information clearly, accurately, and professionally.
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • Remote Readiness: Self-motivated and reliable, with a dedicated, quiet home-office setup suitable for handling sensitive healthcare information.
