Remote Recruitment is hiring an Office Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa.

Role overview

You'll keep the day-to-day running of a UK office smooth, handling admin, suppliers and records so the team can focus on the work that matters.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate office admin tasks, filing and record keeping
  • Liaise with suppliers and manage routine orders
  • Support the wider team with scheduling and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate digital and paper-based filing systems
  • Prepare reports and documents in MS Office

What you'll need

  • Experience in an office administration or coordination role
  • Experience with MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work
  • Confidence liaising with suppliers and colleagues by email

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting a UK-based office
  • Familiarity with procurement or supplier management
  • Experience with cloud-based filing systems
