About Our Client

They handle premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, professional negligence, construction accidents, and Labor Law matters, and they are growing. For an associate-level litigator, this is a place to build real trial and deposition experience fast. You will be in the room — not just supporting from the back. The firm values attorneys who are hungry to develop their practice and who take ownership of their cases early. Leadership is accessible, mentorship is intentional, and the work is substantive from day one.

- Research applicable laws and develop legal strategy in coordination with senior attorneys

- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail

- Communicate regularly with claims representatives and insured clients

- Track billable hours and comply with invoicing requirements

Who Thrives Here

You are an early-career litigator who wants real courtroom and deposition experience, not years of document review before you see the inside of a courthouse. You are organized, accountable, and genuinely curious about the law. You want to grow inside a firm where your work is seen and your development is a priority.

Compensation and Benefits

$150,000 to $175,000 base, commensurate with experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with matching; life and disability insurance; paid time off; parental leave; and an employee assistance program.
