This is a remote position.

General Bookkeeper


We are seeking an experienced high-level general bookkeeper to oversee various accounting tasks, including bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting. The role also involves supporting budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, and audit processes. The ideal candidate should possess proven experience in bookkeeping, proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. Additional responsibilities may include payroll processing, tax return preparation, and financial analysis. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks are essential for this role.
