Job Description:

Job Summary:

  • Coordinate new product development for target applications within Product Engineering and Product Marketing.
  • Provide technical support to Customers & Sales Channels Partners throughout territory.
  • Manage Joint Development Programs with Customers.
  • Implements and manages the development of business plans, assesses market share analysis, and clear product positioning to drive revenue and market share.
  • Establish pricing strategies and develop marketing tools for successful product introductions.
  • Manage communication between customers and Field Sales to headquarters and engineering teams on new product ideas or market information.
  • New product specification contributions, and customer application support in the field


Qualifications:

  • BSEE/MSEE with 10+ years of experience in the power management and analog systems experience
  • Oral/written proficiency in English
  • Experience with leading a team/mentorship
