Job description

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. The Product Designer is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Support product design projects from problem definition through implementation.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions.
  • Build domain knowledge and learn to identify cross-functional and cross-product dependencies.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and design specifications for web products.
  • Participate in user research, discovery, usability testing, and design iteration.
  • Partner with engineering and other designers to support quality, consistency, and effective use of design systems.
  • Use agentic AI tools, including Cursor and Claude, thoughtfully to support research, exploration, design, and documentation.
  • Document design decisions and prepare clear handoff materials for engineering.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of product design experience, including internships or relevant project experience.
  • Portfolio with 2+ case studies demonstrating your design process and problem-solving approach.
  • Strong foundation in UX, interaction, visual, and product design, with a basic understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
  • Intermediate Figma proficiency, including experience using and contributing to design systems.
  • Familiarity with user research, discovery, and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Cursor, Claude, prototyping platforms, and remote user testing tools.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
  • Relevant design education or equivalent experience.
  • B2B or SaaS experience.
Pay Rate: $50.00 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
