GovTech & Civic Tech

Third Sector Intelligence (3Si) is a pioneering early childhood data analytics software company, dedicated to improving outcomes for children, families, child care providers, and state and local governments. Our best-in-class Early Childhood Integration Data System (ECIDS) solution, the Child Universal Success Platform (CUSP), is designed specifically for early childhood data and seamlessly integrates agency and population data for better analysis and data-driven decision-making. By integrating data across a range of sources, CUSP empowers stakeholders to measure program effectiveness and track progress towards school readiness and developmental milestones, thus improving outcomes for children and families. While policy makers are often forced to make decisions based solely on available data and create questions from there. 3Si’s approach starts with market-level questions and uses technology to address them. This solution helps identify service gaps, streamline service delivery, and promote collaborative efforts among different stakeholders, leading to more efficient and effective early childhood programs. 3Si’s decades of combined experience in early childhood learning allow us to deliver faster, bring learnings from other locales, and help customers allocate resources strategically to support interventions where they’re needed most– even as criteria and policies shift. 3Si is the only product built on years of experience either consulting on or delivering early childhood deployments in 12+ states.
