Location: Los Angeles, CA 91607
Employment Type: Part-time, 20–25 hours per week (20 hours guaranteed)
Schedule: Flexible, Monday–Thursday, between the hours of 1:00–8:00 PM (approximately 5 hours per day)

We’re a busy, active household of four — two working parents and two spirited girls in the toddler and preschool years. Mom and dad work from home and are very busy and focused during working hours, so we’re looking for someone who can confidently take ownership of the household and children’s needs during that time.
We’re a highly organized family and have built systems over the years that we’re proud of. We’d love someone who is naturally inclined toward organization, appreciates structure, and can thoughtfully maintain the systems already in place while also identifying opportunities to improve or evolve them as our family’s needs change.
Our parenting style is fairly relaxed and flexible, but we value consistency and thoughtful structure. We’re looking for someone experienced with young children who brings warmth and energy and genuinely enjoys engaging with them. We love encouraging creativity through arts and crafts, outdoor play, and activities that nurture the girls’ natural curiosity. Age-appropriate educational activities are also important to us, including early literacy exercises, games, and activities that support developmental skills in a fun and engaging way.
The girls are active and involved in swimming, gymnastics, and dance and love spending time at the park, on the swing set, and in the bounce house out back. As a family, we also love to travel, go out for meals, and enjoy life together.
Ultimately, we’re looking for someone who genuinely loves this kind of work and wants to become a trusted part of our family’s rhythm. Trust, stability, reliability, and some flexibility are incredibly important to us, and we hope to find someone interested in building a strong, long-term relationship with our family.
We’re looking for someone who is warm, energetic, proactive, and genuinely enjoys working with young children. You naturally notice the little things that help a household run smoothly and feel comfortable stepping in, taking ownership, and keeping things moving with confidence.
We’re a highly organized family and would love someone who appreciates having systems in place, while still being flexible and easygoing when plans shift. With both of us working full time, it’s important that you’re comfortable operating independently, using good judgment, and prioritizing what needs attention throughout the day.
With our girls, we’re hoping to find someone playful, patient, and truly engaged. Toddler and preschool life can be wonderfully fun, a little unpredictable, and sometimes messy, so we value someone who can roll with those moments while bringing a positive, steady energy. We’d love someone who gets excited about art projects, reading activities, outdoor adventures, and finding creative ways to encourage their curiosity and development.
Our current caregiver is moving, and she has been a deeply loved and trusted part of the girls’ lives. We’re very mindful that this will be a real transition for them, so empathy, patience, and emotional awareness are especially important to us. We’d love someone who understands that building trust with young children takes time and who can step into that transition with warmth, sensitivity, and consistency.
Our family is vibrant, active, and fun, and finding the right personality fit is incredibly important to us. We value reliability, stability, flexibility, and a genuine desire to build a long-term relationship with our family. Ultimately, we’re hoping to find someone who wants a sustainable role where trust can grow naturally and where you can become a valued part of our family’s rhythm.
