About Our Family

We are a busy, health-conscious family of four with two school-age daughters and an energetic, sweet Goldendoodle. Both parents work from home most of the week, and we have created a productive, organized, family-centered home. Our days move quickly, with school, work, activities, and family time all woven into the rhythm of the week.

We genuinely love our home and the time we spend together, and we are looking for someone who can help make that time more meaningful. We are excited to welcome a trusted professional who can take ownership of the many details that keep our household running smoothly, from meal planning and laundry to errands, organization, and family logistics, giving us more opportunity to be present with each other and our children.

We value professionalism, thoughtfulness, discretion, and initiative. Our family prioritizes fresh, nourishing food and limited sugar, as well as a balanced approach to screen time for our children. We appreciate someone who naturally aligns with these values and brings a warm, respectful presence to our home. Above all, we are looking for someone who will become a trusted part of our household and help create an environment where family, connection, and day-to-day life can thrive.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You are a calm, organized, and resourceful professional who takes pride in making a household run smoothly. You are naturally proactive and enjoy looking ahead, identifying what needs attention, and taking care of it before it becomes something the family needs to think about.

You communicate clearly and thoughtfully. You are comfortable working independently and understand how to keep parents informed while respecting a busy work-from-home environment. You appreciate efficient communication, including batching routine updates and providing a helpful end-of-day recap so the family has a clear picture of what was accomplished and what may need attention next.

You are warm and kind with children, comfortable with pets, and respectful of the rhythms and routines of a family home. Strong cooking skills are highly valued, particularly someone who enjoys creating healthy, varied meals and takes pride in maintaining a well-organized, well-stocked kitchen.

Above all, you are dependable, conscientious, and self-directed. You take ownership of your work, communicate openly, and bring a thoughtful, steady presence to the household. The ideal candidate will become a trusted partner to the family and someone they can rely on to keep the day-to-day details moving smoothly.
