Our mission-driven organization is looking to add aspiring sales talent to our North
American team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs). The BDR team is the “lifeline of the pipeline” for our sales organization, and partners with Account Executives and Territory Managers to successfully turn qualified opportunities into successful sales deals. After consistent high performance in the role, BDR's have the opportunity to pursue more advanced roles at Everbridge.
 

What you'll do:
  • Generate 1 – 3 qualified business sales opportunities weekly.
  • Complete 65+ outreach activities daily.
  • Respond to and develop marketing leads into qualified sales meetings.
  • Source prospective clients through tools like LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and SFDC.
  • Ability to develop a ‘Why Everbridge, Why Now’ messaging tailored for each prospect interaction & close cooperation with the sales team to identify and follow up on new leads/opportunities and all other inbounds.
  • This is a high-paced, performance-driven SaaS organization. After an appropriate ramp period, the expectation is that our BDRs are performing at 100% of their established targets and are comfortable being held accountable to measurable results.

  • The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $40,000 - $50,000 and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Everbridge offers a wide range of best in class, comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for this role including healthcare, dental, parental planning, and mental health benefits, disability income benefits, life and AD&D insurance, a 401(k) plan and match, paid time off, and fitness reimbursements.
