Scheduled Weekly Hours:

Grow your career as an Ambulatory Clinical Documentation Specialist RN and help guide the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of our CDI program. This role supports the Gundersen region by helping design and implement quality control and monitoring processes, overseeing daily work and scheduling, and supporting staff training and development.

What you will do:

• 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)

• Monday-Friday, 8-hour days

• No holidays or weekends

• Remote position (must live in WI, IA or MN) with occasional on-site required for meetings and education

What you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

• RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin upon hire

• 3-4 years nursing experience with proven experience in training/education
