Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth families
Coordinate with tax advisors and estate planning attorneys
Implement tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies
Conduct retirement and education funding analyses
Review and optimize insurance and risk management strategies
Present complex financial strategies to clients in clear, actionable terms
Requirements
CFP designation or equivalent financial planning certification
Minimum 5 years of financial planning experience
Experience with high-net-worth clients and complex planning scenarios
Strong knowledge of Canadian tax law and estate planning
Excellent presentation and client relationship skills
Proficiency with financial planning software and tools
