Growth Manager

This is a remote position.

We are looking for Growth Managers to join Nivetha E-Academy, where you will mentor and guide aspiring e-commerce entrepreneurs. As a Growth Manager, you will act as a bridge between students and the academy, ensuring they receive the right support, resources, and motivation to succeed in their e-commerce journey.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Student Engagement & Support – Assist students in building a strong connection with the academy team.
✅ Student Management – Manage and communicate with an assigned batch of 100 students to ensure their progress.
✅ Live Sessions & Guidance – Conduct live calls to track student progress and address their challenges.
✅ E-commerce Strategy Sharing – Provide insights on sales growth, inventory management, and business optimization.
✅ Community Building – Foster a supportive environment that encourages networking and collaboration.
✅ Remote Work & Flexibility – Work from anywhere with a flexible schedule.

Requirements

✔ E-commerce Knowledge – Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, sales strategies, and inventory management.
✔ Mentorship Skills – Ability to guide and motivate students to stay on track and achieve their goals.
✔ Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
✔ Experience in E-commerce – Prior experience in selling online or managing e-commerce businesses is a plus.
✔ Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using online tools for communication, including Zoom, WhatsApp, and learning platforms.
✔ Time Management – Ability to handle multiple students and provide timely support.
✔ Commitment – Willingness to dedicate time to mentoring and supporting students consistently.
