This is a remote position.

Do naszego zespołu Look4IT poszukujemy Business Growth Managera, który będzie odpowiadał za rozwój współpracy z Klientami oraz pozyskiwanie nowych partnerów biznesowych w branży IT.
  Look4IT to agencja rekrutacyjna specjalizująca się w branży IT. Wspieramy Klientów w rekrutacji wysoko wykwalifikowanych specjalistów oraz dostarczamy kompleksowe rozwiązania outsourcingowe. Działamy z pasją, budując długoterminowe relacje oparte na profesjonalizmie i zaufaniu.
  Zakres obowiązków:
 
  • Pozyskiwanie nowych Klientów: Budowanie relacji z firmami potrzebującymi wsparcia w zakresie rekrutacji i outsourcingu.
  • Sprzedaż oprogramowania rozwijanego przez Look4IT.
  • Rozwijanie współpracy z Klientami: Utrzymywanie i pogłębianie długofalowych relacji opartych na zaufaniu i zrozumieniu potrzeb Klientów.
  • Przygotowywanie ofert: Tworzenie propozycji dopasowanych do wymagań Klienta, negocjowanie warunków i finalizowanie umów.
  • Zarządzanie procesem sprzedaży i lejkiem sprzedażowym w systemie CRM.

Requirements

  • Wieloletnie doświadczenie w sprzedaży usług rekrutacyjnych i outsourcingowych – koniecznie w branży IT.
  • Doświadczenie w pozyskiwaniu zagranicznych Klientów.
  • Posiadanie rozbudowanej sieci kontaktów w branży IT.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość branży IT i technologii IT.
  • Umiejętność nawiązywania i utrzymywania kontaktów z osobami podejmującymi decyzje biznesowe.
  • Zdolność do samodzielnego działania, podejmowania inicjatyw, priorytetyzacji i efektywnego zarządzania swoimi zadaniami.
  • Stawianie sobie ambitnych celów i ich realizacja.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z systemami CRM i systemami automatyzującymi sprzedaż.
  • Umiejętność tworzenia i weryfikacji dokumentów ofertowych z zachowaniem najwyższej dokładności.
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie w tworzeniu i prowadzeniu start-upu.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. C1.
