Banking Support Agent in German (remote)

The Role

In this remote Customer Support role based in Athens, you'll be the friendly voice (and email!) for our German-speaking customers. You'll play a vital role in ensuring their experience is smooth and positive, providing top-notch support through inbound calls in both German and English.

We're Looking For You If You're A...

• German Language Master: Fluency in German (C1-C2 level) is essential. Proficiency in English (B2 level) is a must.

• Customer Service Champion: Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service role is a plus.

What We Offer

  • Monthly base salary: 1250 EUR gross per 14 months (17,500 EUR per annum)
