About the Role

We are seeking experienced freelance recruiters with a strong background in the iGaming industry, specifically in hiring online game presenters (live casino dealers/hosts). This is a high-reward, commission-based opportunity designed for recruiters who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments and want to scale their earnings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, attract, and recruit online game presenters for live casino environments
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing screening interview coordination offer stage
  • Utilize free sourcing channels, social media, and creative outreach strategies
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines across English, Dutch, and/or Korean-speaking markets
  • Ensure candidates meet client requirements (language level, presentation skills, personality fit)
  • Collaborate closely with the delivery team to meet hiring targets and deadlines

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in iGaming recruitment (essential)
  • Strong understanding of live casino presenter roles / game hosts / dealers
  • Experience recruiting in one or more of the following markets:
    • English-speaking
    • Dutch-speaking
    • Korean-speaking
  • Skilled in high-volume recruitment
  • Strong sourcing skills using free tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working remotely
