Are you a fluent German speaker with a passion for connected car technologies, modern mobility, and customer service excellence? We are seeking a tech-savvy Automotive Digital Services Specialist to join our team in a 100% Remote setup from anywhere in Portugal.

In this role, you will serve as the primary digital touchpoint for German-speaking drivers and vehicle owners, providing remote technical assistance, connected platform onboarding, and digital service support for leading automotive brands.

The Role

• Digital & Telematics Support: Assist vehicle owners and fleet managers via phone, chat, and email with connected car services, mobile app integration, in-vehicle infotainment systems, and navigation platforms.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Resolve technical software queries, account access issues, subscription management, and over-the-air (OTA) updates systematically.
• Customer Advisory: Provide tailored guidance on digital features, remote vehicle commands (e.g., climate control, remote lock/unlock, EV charging status), and subscription extensions.
• Escalation Management: Collaborate with specialized automotive engineering and IT departments to handle complex technical escalations efficiently.

Working Model & Location

• Location: 100% Remote (Work From Home from anywhere in Portugal).
• Work Model: Full-time (40 hours/week) with flexible or rotational shift options.
• Relocation: No relocation package provided. Candidates must currently reside in Portugal with active local tax/social security registration or hold full work authorization.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or Near-Native command of German (C1/C2, written and spoken) with fluent English (B2+).
• Legal Eligibility: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Portuguese Residence/Work Permit (NIF and NISS ready).
• Technical Aptitude: Strong interest in modern automotive technology (connected mobility, EVs, mobile apps, IoT) and comfortable navigating complex CRM and diagnostic software.
