Available Functional Roles
Depending on open project demands, positions are available across three core service areas:
- Customer Support (CS): Provide exceptional assistance via phone, chat, and email regarding order tracking, account management, technical inquiries, or billing.
- Content Moderation: Protect digital online spaces by reviewing user-generated content (images, text, video) in your native language against platform safety policies.
- Sales & Business Development: Drive revenue growth through B2B/B2C consultative sales, account management, lead qualification, or digital advertising advisory.
Working Model & Location
- Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
- Work Setup: Remote or On-Site Options (Work-from-home vs. office-based options depend on specific client contract security requirements and real-time open project availability in Lisbon).

Requirements
