Job description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a consultant with hands-on experience in Conversational AI and system integrations to support the implementation of a Voice AI customer-service solution based on Parloa. The role combines conversational journey design, backend integration, authentication, testing, and stakeholder enablement to deliver scalable, high-quality AI agent experiences.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and implement Voice AI and conversational customer-service journeys in Parloa.
  • Integrate Parloa with backend systems using REST APIs, JSON payloads, and OAuth2 authentication.
  • Develop and configure use cases including FAQs, customer authentication, complaint handling, troubleshooting, motor reset, and booking termination.
  • Support functional testing, dialogue optimization, defect resolution, and quality assurance.
  • Apply GDPR, Responsible AI, security, and data-privacy requirements throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Conduct knowledge-transfer, training, and enablement sessions for business and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate customer-service processes into effective conversational flows.


Requirements

  • Practical experience developing conversational AI, voicebots, chatbots, or virtual agents.
  • Experience with API integration, particularly REST, JSON, and OAuth2.
  • Understanding of Generative AI, prompt engineering, and LLM-based solution patterns.
  • Experience with dialogue design, intent modeling, and customer-service automation.
  • A structured approach to testing, quality assurance, and continuous dialogue improvement.
  • Awareness of Responsible AI, GDPR, information security, and data privacy.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to train both technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred technical background

  • Experience with Parloa, Cognigy, or a comparable conversational AI platform.
  • Working knowledge of TypeScript and/or Python.
  • Experience connecting AI agents with enterprise systems and customer-service workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI orchestration, tool calling, prompt management, and LLM-based architectures.
