Virtual B2B Verification Assistant

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an articulate, resourceful, and professional Virtual Assistant for a high-value, impact-driven project. In this role, you will conduct brief telephone calls to verify the correct physical office locations for senior decision-makers to ensure time-sensitive, hand-delivered correspondence reaches them directly.

Project Details

• 24–32 total hours (flexible schedule, spread over approximately 10 days).
  

Key Responsibilities

• Verify precise physical working addresses for 100 listed executives.
  
• Call corporate switchboards using provided company contact details to politely inquire about and confirm the specific physical office location/branch where each executive is primarily based.
  
• Follow a provided call guide to navigate gatekeepers smoothly, using tact and professional charm to obtain accurate location details.
  
• Accurately update and log verified business addresses, reception details, and notes in the provided tracking spreadsheet.
  

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English with a professional, warm, and confident telephone manner.
  
• Dedicated, quiet workspace equipped with a reliable phone and stable internet connection.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate corporate switchboards and gatekeepers effectively.
  
• Meticulous approach to capturing and recording data accurately.
