You will engage with high-profile clients of a prominent European digital bank, offering financial advice and introducing cutting-edge banking products with attractive returns.

Brief overview of the role:

Provide customer support to bank clients via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat platforms, delivering exceptional service and promoting innovative digital banking products in the German market.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding banking services, account openings, password resets, transfers, etc. 
  • Manage back-office tasks such as responding to emails and WhatsApp messages. 
  • Promote banking products. 
  • Adhere to transparency requirements, providing information about the purpose, features, and risks of various investment products, in line with applicable internal and external regulations. 
  • Report and monitor any anomalies in applications. 
  • Meet quality standards and sales targets set by the organization. 

Requirements:

Education: Preference for degrees in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Law. 

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access). 

Languages: Fluency in German at a C2 level.

Benefits:

  • Full-time position, 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (with 2 days off per week and 2 weekends off per month), from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. 
  • Permanent contract. 
  • Salary: 20,730 gross per year.
