Our client is a UK-based marketplace business operating across multiple product categories, including clothing, homeware, adult products, and emerging supplement brands. With a strong focus on Amazon, they manage both 1P/Vendor Central and 3P/Seller Central operations across the UK and European markets, while continuing to expand their brand portfolio and marketplace reach.

About the Role

The Amazon Account Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting multiple brands across Amazon 1P/Vendor Central and 3P/Seller Central, with a primary focus on the UK and European markets.

This individual will handle key Amazon operations, including listing creation, flat file management, troubleshooting, SEO optimization, and product copy development using AI-assisted workflows. The role will also support marketplace expansion across channels such as Temu and Shopify, while helping maintain accurate product content, improve listing performance, and ensure smooth day-to-day account operations across multiple categories and SKUs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central operations across multiple brands and categories

  • Create, update, and optimize Amazon product listings

  • Manage flat files, bulk uploads, backend updates, and technical listing-related tasks.

  • Troubleshoot listing issues, catalog errors, suppressed listings, and other Seller Central / Vendor Central concerns.

  • Support Amazon SEO through keyword research, product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms.

  • Assist with product content improvements and marketplace copywriting.

  • Support expansion into new marketplaces, including Europe and future US marketplace initiatives.

  • Help maintain account health, listing accuracy, and operational consistency across Amazon accounts.

  • Manage the Temu account health as part of the daily morning routine and generate Temu shipping labels for suppliers.

  • Use tools such as Helium 10, MerchantSpring, and AI platforms like Claude to support research, reporting, and workflow efficiency.

  • Work closely with the business lead to support marketplace-related tasks, projects, and ongoing account improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in Amazon marketplace operations, specifically across both Seller Central and Vendor Central

  • Proven experience creating, managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting Amazon product listings

  • Experience with flat file management, bulk uploads, and backend listing updates

  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword research, and product content optimization

  • Ability to review, improve, and optimize AI-generated product copy with good judgment and attention to quality.

  • Experience handling Amazon case management, listing issues, catalog errors, and other marketplace-related troubleshooting.

  • Experience with Helium 10 and Merchant Spring

Nice to have:

  • Creative experience (product imagery, infographics, brand story)

  • Experience with Shopify

  • Experience with the Temu platform, including account health monitoring and shipping label generation

  • Exposure to marketplace expansion, product launches, and launch planning.

  • Exposure to reporting, merchandising, stock management, or stock forecasting

  • Experience using Claude or other AI tools to support product copy, listing optimization, creative briefs, or content workflows
