Position Type: Full Time

Location: Philippines (Remote)

Schedule: 9am-5pm EST or 9am-1pm EST (open to 4 hours overlapping hours if needed)

Our client is an Amazon digital agency focusing on growing PPC sales and scaling supply chain infrastructure. They are dedicated to driving sustainable and profitable growth for our clients' Amazon channels.

About the Role

The Amazon Account Manager will be responsible for expertly managing Amazon accounts, working behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. This includes having a deep understanding of Amazon. You'll play a key role in making sure the operations are efficient and effective, contributing to the overall success.

Beyond your experience, we are looking for someone who not only brings valuable expertise. In addition, a, team collaborator, and able to work with cultures worldwide are essential to our vision of fostering a well-rounded and dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration & Strategy Execution

    • Partner with the Senior Marketing Analyst and Head of Strategy to execute against company KPIs

  • Account Health & Issue Resolution

    • Track and maintain overall account health metrics

    • Monitor and address listing hijackers

    • Escalate and resolve issues via Brand Registry

    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Seller Central

  • Catalog & Listing Management

    • Manage and maintain product listings

    • Conduct keyword research to identify ranking and growth opportunities

    • Create and optimize listings (titles, bullet points, backend keywords)

    • Write and refine listing copy to improve visibility and conversion rates

  • Inventory & Logistics Coordination

    • Oversee shipment creation, inventory tracking, and inbound logistics coordination

  • Reporting & Data Analysis

    • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with key trends and insights

    • Prepare client-facing reports with clear recommendations and next steps

    • Perform Excel-based reporting and data analysis

  • General Support: Support administrative and ad hoc tasks as needed

Competencies and Qualifications

Must-Have

  • At least 2 years of experience in the eCommerce space

  • At least 2 years of experience in Amazon Account Management (preferably within an agency setting)

  • Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets

  • Hands-on experience with Helium 10 for keyword research

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Amenable to working night/graveyard shifts

Nice-to-Have

  • Familiarity with navigating Amazon PPC, business reports, and sales performance data

  • Experience using DataDive for keyword research and listing optimization
