Onboard PSP companies onto processing channels brought in by the business development team - from first contact through to live transactions
Coordinate partner integrations and ensure smooth operational launch
Own a portfolio of merchant accounts across multiple partner channels, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and resolving partner-related issues
Maintain merchant account records, monitor processing status, limits, settlements, and partner-related operational activities
Review and renegotiate financial conditions, including processing rates, settlements, rolling reserves, and deposits
Handle incoming partner requests across compliance, IPS, and acquirer queries — triage, own, and close
Resolve settlement delays and debt issues with partners directly
Identify opportunities to scale capacity and increase efficiency within existing solutions
Collect, review and submit onboarding documentation (KYC/KYB, corporate documents and partner questionnaires)
Support partners throughout the full lifecycle - onboarding, integration, settlements, reconciliation and day-to-day operational requests
2+ years in account management, partner success, or onboarding at a payment service provider, acquirer, or payment infrastructure company
Solid understanding of payment processing: approval rates, acquiring, financial settlements, risk and compliance frameworks
Hands-on experience working with merchant accounts and PSP relationships - you know how the ecosystem works
Comfortable working with dashboards and data - Excel at an intermediate level minimum; bonus points for experience with BI or operational tools
Ownership mindset: you manage your own workload, spot problems before they escalate, and bring solutions - not just status updates
Strong written and verbal communication - clear, structured, professional; able to work with international partners and internal stakeholders across functions
Resilient in ambiguity: able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment where processes evolve, and priorities shift
Fluent Russian and strong English
