Provide customer support in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
Handle complaints and technical issues professionally
Collaborate with teams in English and log customer interactions accurately
Spanish (C2), English (C1)
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Eligibility to work in Greece:
EU citizenship, or
Valid Greek work permit, or
Certificate of Protection
