ABOUT THE POSITION

As a U.S. Immigration Attorney, you will manage employment-based U.S. immigration matters, with a strong focus on EB-2 NIW petitions, helping highly qualified professionals achieve their U.S. immigration goals.

The level of autonomy, case complexity, and responsibilities will be aligned with your experience and seniority, allowing us to hire professionals at the Junior, Mid-Level, Senior, or Specialist level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle employment-based U.S. immigration matters, particularly EB-2 NIW petitions, according to your level of experience.
  • Assess clients' eligibility and develop customized legal strategies for each case.
  • Draft, review, and refine petitions, legal briefs, forms, and supporting evidence.
  • Develop persuasive legal arguments and evidence strategies to strengthen immigration petitions.
  • Conduct legal research and stay current on changes to U.S. immigration laws, USCIS policies, regulations, and relevant case law.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with USCIS filing requirements, legal deadlines, and internal quality standards.
  • Identify legal risks and recommend strategic solutions to maximize petition quality and approval potential.
  • Contribute to process improvements, knowledge sharing, document standardization, and operational excellence.
  • Mentor and support team members, as appropriate to your level of seniority.

  • Experience handling employment-based immigration matters, particularly EB-2 NIW petitions.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration law, USCIS procedures, and employment-based immigration processes.
