Job description

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Title Closer opportunity with a national Title Company to support their homebuilder closing files in Virginia. This is a Fully Remote position.

The Title Closer is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Handle files from the initial sales contract through closing.
  • Enter orders, clear titles, and request surveys and payoff statements.
  • Review title commitments and resolve any title issues.
  • Communicate with all involved parties to gather necessary information and documentation.
  • Work with lenders to satisfy loan conditions and balance closing statements.
  • Prepare Closing Disclosures and HUD settlement statements.
  • Schedule closing appointments.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience handling property transactions in Virginia.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
  • Proficiency in Closers' Choice software.
  • An active Virginia Title Agent License.
Pay Rate Range: $31.25 - $33.65 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
