This is a remote position.

Senior backend engineer with 10+ years of experience
Strong Python and TypeScript experience
Experience building complex API and system integrations
Dental PMS or healthcare integration experience strongly preferred
GraphQL, Hasura, Postgres, GCP, or AWS experience would be valuable
Ability to overlap at least 2–4 hours with the U.S. team, ideally including West Coast hours
